Phil Kemp

 

Phil is a Town Councillor representing Scarbrough Ward, serving on the following: Full Council and Direction & Strategy Committee.

Phil is the Town Council representative to NHS Lincolnshire & Skegness & Coast PBC Cluster for the Skegness Hospital Development Programme. Phil is also a Tree Warden in the town.

Phil is a previous Mayor of Skegness (2006/7).

 

Phil is a District Councillor in Scarbrough Ward, serving on Full Council, Planning, Skegness Area Committee and Licensing. Phil is also Deputy Labour Group Leader at East Lindsey.

 

Outside of all this, Phil is a School Governor at Skegness Infants School, a member of Skegness Civic Society,  a member of Skegness Hospital Watch, and a member of Skegness & District Fibromyalgia Support Group.
